Set in a royal park north of Milan, Monza is the spiritual home of speed and the most evocative venue on the calendar. Teams run their lowest-downforce settings to chase blistering top speeds down the long straights, separated by classic braking zones: the Variante del Rettifilo chicane, the sweeping Curva Grande, the twin Lesmo corners, the daunting Ascari chicane and the long, late-apex Parabolica. Slipstreaming and late dives define the racing, with cars often glued together in qualifying tows and race-long battles. The crumbling concrete of the old banking still looms in the trees, a monument to the circuit's storied past. For the tifosi, no shrine matters more, and a Ferrari victory here is the stuff of legend.
