The story of Oliver Bearman
Oliver Bearman, born in Chelmsford, England in 2005, is a Ferrari Driver Academy product who announced himself in spectacular fashion. Called up at the last minute to replace an unwell Carlos Sainz at the 2024 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, he scored points on his Formula 1 debut as a teenager straight out of Formula 2.
Further substitute appearances for Haas followed before he took a full-time seat with the American team in 2025, completing an assured first season.
